Refund Policy

At Erica Renée Braid Bar™, we are committed to providing every client with exceptional service, professionalism, and high-quality results. We encourage all clients to inspect their hair before the appointment is completed
 

No Refund Policy
 

All services are final
 

Once the client has left the salon or the stylist has completed and departed from a mobile appointment, no refunds will be issued for any reason
 

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy
 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you have a concern about your service, it must be addressed before leaving the salon or before the stylist leaves your mobile appointment. We will gladly discuss any reasonable service-related concerns while we are still on-site
 

Service Adjustments
 

In the event that an adjustment is necessary due to an error in the original service, clients must contact us within 48 hours of their appointment. Adjustments are provided at the discretion of Erica Renée Braid Bar™ and are intended only to correct issues related to the original service
 

Adjustments are not considered refunds and do not apply to:

  • Change of mind

  • Desired style changes after completion

  • Improper home maintenance

  • Hair that has been altered by another stylist

  • Normal frizz, new growth, or wear after leaving the appointment
     

Mobile Services

For mobile appointments, clients are responsible for reviewing their completed service before the stylist departs. Once the stylist has left the location, the appointment is considered complete, and no refunds will be provided
